Data we collect
Depending on your request, we may process your name, email address, telephone number, property location and characteristics, occupancy status, reason for selling, desired timing and any information you choose to provide in free-text fields.
At the initial form stage, we do not ask you to submit sensitive data or identity documents. Please avoid including unnecessary personal information in free-text fields.
Purposes and legal bases
We use the information to assess your request, contact you, prepare a possible discussion or property review and follow up the relationship. These activities are primarily based on pre-contractual steps taken at your request. Certain data may also be processed to comply with legal obligations or on the basis of immo-privat’s legitimate interests in securing the website, preventing abuse and defending its rights.
Form data is not used for third-party advertising and does not automatically subscribe you to marketing communications.
Recipients and technical providers
Information is accessible only to persons who need it to handle your request. The website is hosted by Vercel. When form delivery is enabled, the request is routed to the contact mailbox through a Vercel Function and an email-delivery provider configured for the website, currently planned via Resend.
Technical providers may process certain data outside the European Economic Area. Where applicable, such processing is governed by the contractual safeguards and data-processing arrangements provided under applicable law.
Retention
If a request does not lead to a transaction, contact data is retained for no more than 12 months after the last exchange and is then deleted or anonymised, unless a specific justified need requires otherwise.
If a contractual relationship or transaction is initiated, certain data and records may be retained for longer to meet legal, accounting or evidentiary obligations. Relevant accounting records may, where applicable, be retained for statutory periods of up to 10 years.
Your rights
Subject to the conditions of the GDPR, you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, object to certain processing or exercise data portability where applicable. Contact contact@immo-privat.lu.
You may also lodge a complaint with Luxembourg’s National Commission for Data Protection (CNPD).
Cookies and local storage
The website currently uses no advertising tool or audience-analytics solution requiring non-essential cookies. No consent banner is therefore displayed at this stage. If non-essential trackers are added later, they will be blocked until consent has been obtained where consent is required.
Security
The website uses HTTPS and technical measures intended to limit unauthorised access. No Internet-connected system can, however, guarantee absolute security.
